Booking Terms & Conditions

We operate a zero tolerance policy towards inappropriate behaviour, excessive noise, and foul or abusive language in or around the venue, regardless of who it is directed to. We require all guests to treat our team and fellow guests with respect and courtesy to ensure a pleasant & memorable experience for all.

Reservations at McLeod 9 are only confirmed once the deposit has been received. We require a deposit of £10 for lunch reservations, £15 per person for À la Carte bookings and £65 or £70 per person for our 5 Course Taster Menu, depending on menu selection. The deposit will be subtracted form the final bill on the day of your visit. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if cancellations or amendments are made within 14 days of the reservation date, any refund from cancellation will be subject to a 10% administration charge. Guests must provide any dietary requirements or allergy information at the time of booking or no later than 7 days prior to their reservation. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure this information is accurate and timely; while we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens due to shared kitchen facilities. On the day of your reservation, if you are running late, please contact the restaurant directly on 01204 853331. For non-urgent queries, email dine@mcleod9.co.uk and allow up to 48 hours for a response. Diners may be seated 15 minutes before or after the actual reservation time and must be available to be seated when requested by our team to ensure consistency and continuity of service across the kitchen and restaurant. Children are welcome but must remain seated and supervised at all times. If you require wheelchair access or have specific mobility needs, please notify us in advance so we can make suitable arrangements. Dogs are welcome in all areas of the restaurant except the Fine Dining and A la Carte sections; assistance dogs are permitted throughout. Discreet photography is welcome, but please be mindful of other guests. Commercial shoots or influencer collaborations require prior written consent. Unlike many other restaurants, McLeod 9 does not add a service charge to your bill.
