Tasting Menu
Every month, Joe curates a new tasting menu to showcase what's fresh and exciting from our local vendors. We'll also have a delightfully selected wine pairing to go alongside the menu. Our Tasting Menu is served Thursday, Friday and Saturday in our Main Dining area with sittings at either 7pm or 8pm.

A la Carte
Our à la carte menu is a celebration of the best that Lancashire and the surrounding countryside have to offer. Each dish is crafted with care, showcasing ingredients sourced from local, sustainable farms and trusted producers.
Bar Area
Join us for some more casual bites and drinks. Think similar to Spanish tapas food, but with a modern twist. We have a selection of small plates, perfect for sharing with friends or enjoying on your own. Our bar area is a relaxed space to unwind and enjoy some of the best local produce.
